Report showing last rent increase date

Description
It would be helpful to have a report that shows the date when all properties had a last rent increase. Appreciate there is a report showing the advertised rent and the actual rent now, but this does not give a date of the increase.

Would make annual rent reviews much less time consuming
Rent review and increase feature in general would be helpful. Being able to amend the rent schedule for example, and not having to delete lines for it to work would be good
