Chasing Certificates

Description
Could there be a feature added to the certificates page to chase a certificate? (e.g. by sending a chase letter to the postbag to then be authorised). This will speed up the process of getting any certificates that Landlords complete without manually drafting emails.
Activity
Would be great if you could have a table with all certificate expiry dates per property in one place. We are manually drafting emails per landlord as to what house has which certificates expiring. I understand you probably couldn't do it per landlord but per property an email template which could populate with certificate expiry dates would be super useful.
