Ability to turn off 'pay by card' when using the 'payment app' function to request funds

Description

As an agent we should have the option to select whether a person being requested to pay funds pays only via online bank transfer. Two reasons for this:-

1st - Risk - being the delay caused with people selecting card payments which although status indicates fully paid the money often does not come through for days, ie still waiting on funds paid on 5/7 to clear for move ins today. The status 'fully paid' causes confusion as should state 'paid clearing' & could lead to us believing they have paid when it is not totally clear which is a huge risk to the business when handing keys over. Embarrassing for us as agents if we have confirmed to a client they have paid. Also that the updates that are included below could do with explanation as they are not clear what is actually happening.

2nd - Costs - associated with payments by card rack up for us as an agent especially if they use a credit card.
Other software providers who use the modular digital wallets function give this option so know that it is possible for an agent to have option to select. Why was this not considered with the roll out?
