It would be really helpful to have landlord specific auto-charges which over-ride the service type specific auto-charges.

Glyn: We are unable to add landlord specific auto charges as this will conflict with service type auto charges. But, if you set an override auto charge on the tenancy, that will remain with all future tenancies. Effectively a landlord specific charge.
