Landlord Summary Statement

Having recently started using Agent OS I am receiving a fair amount of feedback from my Landlords about the length of the monthly statement they recieve. We have many houses with tenants that pay rent by room and in a 4 to 8 bed house this generates too many lines of information for rent collected from each tenant and managment fees deducted from each rent payment. Our Landlords are asking for their statements in summary format - so total rent collected (one line) and total managment fees deducted (one line).
Other adhoc expenditure such as maintenance deductions still need to give detail regarding the job but not part deductions for payment only the total deduction to clear the iinvoice.
The statement document could be half or a third of the length compared to the current landlord statement. The option to create a Summary or Detail Landlord Statement will improve my customers experience and for many save a lot of paper.
