Cancel lines in diary appointments

Description
In the diary, when a viewing was cancelled before it used to have a line through it so you could see at quick glance it was cancelled. Now you have to hover over the appt to see if it has been cancelled or not. Is there any way you can get the line through back as it was much clearer before and you can then see quickly if an appt has been cancelled or not. The support button is over the minimise and close button on the email screens so make it difficult for these buttons to be clicked. Can the support icon be moved please?
Save time to check appts and be able to minimise and close emails

Adding the cancel line through the appointment would make glancing at the diary much easier to read especcially on a busy day
Not sure why this was every changed, that made it so much easier to differentiate between cancelled viewings.
