Phone Numbers When Converting Leads to Applicants

This is a bug, and not just a software request.

When you convert an applicant, their default phone number goes to landline rather than mobile which means when you go to add the applicant as a guest and go to text confirmation of the appointment it says they can't as they don't have a mobile number.

It devalues the work of the IT team, as the process is something they created, and clearly it isn't meeting its need, which is to make things easier for users.

In addition, it would be great to filter sales and lettings leads on the applicant page.
