Apparently Goodlord.co has a simple API that AgentOS can connect to. Many AgentOS clients use Goodlord and many other lettings systems link to Goodlord. Please connect AgentOS to Goodlord to reduce as much duplication as possible.

My recommendation would be for the following to be automated:
- Property details sent to Goodlord from AgentOS (address, current owner/s details, property certificates)
- Advertised Tenancy Information sent from AgentOS to Goodlord (asking price, available date, acceptable tenant types, bond amount, bond scheme, etc.)
- Tenant information (and documents) and final tenancy information received back from Goodlord once tenancy is completed using the goodlord system and saved to the correct places on AgentOS
- Signed Documents received back from Goodlord (AST, How to Rent Guide, Certificates) and saved to AgentOS against the Tenancy.

This would save a lot of time and reduce so much double entry and remove human error.
