Able to mark emails as spam

Description
We are having some emails that get through spam filters but come in everyday... would be great to be able to mark some emails as spam so they don't come through
Activity
Since the new AI and Inbox format, we have staff's email within AgentOS constantly going into spam and the Mark as not Spam, although moves it to the inbox, the system is not retaining the fact that is in fact NOT spam.
Yet a random number email address, gets past the spam parameters.
Please can the web services provider look into this. as clearly it is not recognising spam and not spam.
