The Rent Chase report is now picking up dates from when tenancies are signed in instead of the dates of the Tenancies. We always sign in after tenants have moved in, in case of issues but it is now affecting our 7/14/21 day letters which have to be issued for insurance purposes with the correct dates/no. of days overdue.
