Marking an email as "Replied to"

Description

Sometimes, we reply to emails or enquiries in our inbox and the email may not have been completed (or even need to be completed yet).
It would be great if an email either automatically marked itself as "Replied To", or if we had the abilitiy to manually mark the email as "Replied To", so that other members of staff know that the email has been dealt with.
