Only Show Current Tenancy information in email header in In Tray

Status: Under Review
Description

We have tenants who are in house currently, but as soon as they book for the next year, AgentOS picks up the future information and drops it into their email header. This is confusing and time consuming as I have to then actually look the person up to see where they live now, which is the entire point of the header. Please limit this information to the current tenancy

Tenants who send emails, after they have signed for the next year at a different property, are shown on the email as living in their FUTURE address, and not their current one.

The system must know that the tenancy dates are in the future, so why can your system not recognise that this future tenancy is not Live? The system prevents me from running a list of Future Tenants until the date of the new tenancy passes, so it must be able to determine a Live tenancy and its information.

Could you see if there is a way to recognise the Live Tenant details instead of the future ones on the email information. If not, could there be an option to turn off this information so that it no longer shows. It causes a lot of confusion at this time of year when students are booking new accommodation for next year, but are still reporting issues and repairs in this current year.

As a PMO I need to email current tenants, not future tenants and when we have a current tenant who is living somewhere else next year this can be confusing and lead me to make errors.

It'd be nice if your system prioritised the live tenancy over the future tenancies in search functions and emails.

Please can you amend so that AgentOS shows the current address for the tenant instead of the future address. It's difficult to keep track when some tenants (tenants that haven't booked any future accommodation) show the correct current address and then some tenants (tenants that have booked future accommodation) show the future address. It can lead to mistakes and thinking a tenant is living in one house when actually they live at another house. The system also links all current tenancy emails e.g repairs, access emails etc to the future tenancy which doesn't make sense. There have been multiple occasions when I have emailed a tenant but then can't find the email when looking back a few weeks later and then I end up finding the email sat in the future tenancy notes. It would be really helpful if the system showed the current address and then when the current tenancy ends, start showing the future address. Thanks
