It would be helpful for us to be able to choose which properties are sent to portals. For example, we have recently taken on a property where the Landlord had someone interested but didn't want to do it himself so put it in our hands but didn't want it marketed. There is no option for us to skip marketing when you mark an offer as agreed so the property was sent to all portals. There should be an option that we could just mark the property as 'not live'. It drives me mad every time :)
