We have Van Mildert/Rightmove referencing integrated into Let MC. You cannot reference an applicant tenant through the system, only an actual tenant which involves marking the property as let agreed and linking the applicant as a tenant in order to reference! Makes no sense at all because they can't become a tenant until they have been referenced! Please introduce the option to reference directly through the system to applicant tenants the same way you can for actual tenants
