If resolved and closed deposit deductions exceed the tenant bond held, when the tenancy is closed, add functionality for AgentOS to automatically journal transfer the deficit unsatisfied to show as still outstanding by transferring that figure to the outstanding bond account, thereby showing the full amount owed in the tenant main account
