We were told in no uncertain terms by the Rent Smart Wales audit team as well as the Propertymark CMP team that we are not allowed to place money earned from sales fees into the client account as it breaches CMP rules. Yet AgentOS mixes both sales and lettings fees. I spoke to your support team about this at the start of the year and was of the understanding you would be sorting something out. Please can you separate sales and lettings fees as a matter of urgency.
