Right now the confusion is that Landlords are asking what paying bills has to do with maintenance, it doesnt make sense to them. I agree. Surely having a separately Finance section that works in the same way as Maintenance would be clearer.
Also having the ability to view if that bill has been paid or if a Maintenance Deduction has been added or now would help from not duplicating work.
