Develop an API with Experian for the Rental Exchange.
Would be really useful to develop an API with Experian to allows sharing of tenant payment history.
Process can start with credit check, then when tenancy progresses tenant can opt into the Rental Exchange to help build credit score.
Will allow agency to automatically report poor payers also.
