It would be good to be able to receive either email notifications, or a dashboard pop for actions/maintenance jobs (e.g. repair requests) etc. There are multiple sections of the dashboard which need monitoring, which is a job in itself. As such it becomes hard to manage and monitor the dashboard repeatedly throughout the day. if this could also feed through to the neg.agentos.com url also that would be ideal.
