Easy Amending of "Facilities"

Hi guys
When adding facilities, its really hard to edit or even remove them, if a property feature changes i.e furnished to unfurnished its really not obvious how to get rid or swap that feature.. ( as of yet I still haven't figured it out. )
Can we have a remove button? or add a manual entry box for items specific to an individual property.. like "£50 off incentive for quick move in" we may only use that once but I don't want to create it and have an even longer scroll list.

We have just bought another agency who are using REAPIT for sales, we have moved their lettings onto AgentOS though ( you are welcome ) but I am a little jealous of one of their sales listing features...
Facilities! or Features/bullet points in layman's terms. They are able to type in custom "free text" bullet points for each property... whereas we need to add the facility type then choose from a drop down. This extra step and having to choose from an ever increasing list of making our listings look lacklustre compared to agents that have more flexibility on writing custom bullet points per property ( that may never be used again )
We have to do the same again for sales under add a sales feature type, its so long winded! I tried to add custom ones last night to see how long it takes and its painful, can we please just have custom fields for these, or where it says "comments" in the facility section allow us to free type and save in there.
