It's easy to assign messages to people who are away, especially if they're in a different office or working from home, which means assigned messages might not be dealt with promptly. Currently we have to check the diary which might not be done every time when dealing with a large volume of messages. It would be useful for a warning to pop up if the assignee's Out of Office is on, so we can decide if it's still appropriate to assign the message to that person.
