We spend a lot of time manually inputting payments into Agent OS where people have paid on our website. This means a lot of wasted time and the possibility that we can assign the payment to the wrong account. With 2500 student tenants, this is a significant problem.
Can we have a tenant portal where the tenant can login, pay, sign tenancies and report repairs? At least some of these features used to be in the old LetMC software.
