Is there any chance that the 'branch chat' could create a pop up in the corner of your screen when someone puts a message on it? No one in our office has the Dashboard page open during the working day? lso, why when you complete an email does it revert back to the dashboard page, as opposed to the inbox?? thanks

Branch Chat - it would be easier for us to communicate with each other, if we know there is is something to communicate - saves a phone call or a walk up 3 flights of stairs.
Waste of time constantly reverting back to the dashboard page!
