Paragraphs not appearing when notes are saved

Description
Currently you can add extensive notes of phone calls etc which would include paragraphs (necessity and rightly grammarically so) however once note is saved they completely disappear making it one long mess/jumble of words. Thereby making what could be a lengthy conversation almost unreadable for anyone else to quickly indentify an issue they require as well as yourself if you have to revert back.
Currently to enable this to be clearer the only solution is to save each paragraph as a separate note, which is not a long term suitable solution.
As a result staff may and have ommitted to bother reading notes as too time consuming which causes even further problems down the line.
Surely this could easily be rectified?
