A couple of suggestions -

*Would be great if the script boxes included the landlords properties somewhere as otherwise you have to click out to find it.

*An opportunity to schedule a follow up i.e in three months time etc.

*The Lead Feeds to be different on each persons login - so the same people are not contacted.
