When we email the tenancy or the landlord from the work order can this be automatically updated in the jobs notes so then i dont have to manually input when i have contracted the landlord or tenants. Is there a way of clicking on the job note that highlights we have emailed so we can access the emails sent to the contractor/ landlord / Tenants?
