Can we make a quick note that is visible on the immediate leads screen so we can see if they have been contacted at a glance (rather than having to open various windows)

From Glyn: lead section is a area that imports them from rightmove, OTM, website etc and for you to decide to import as a buyer, seller, landlord or applicant. Once you have done that, then you can email them and see their history and notes.

The lead section is not meant to be a people record section
