Sometimes a lot of pending payments build up, e.g. when rental income ends (tenancy end or arrears) or when a lot of work has been done. Could existing pending payments be shown in the maintenance deduction dialogue box, or perhaps a warning if there's more than a set amount pending? This means we're more aware of the need to consider up-front payment.
