On the inventory / inspection tab on the landlord instruction, I would like the option of selecting that an inventory will be carried out or not carried out prior to the tenant moving in. Or a text box where I can type this info and any additional costs if the landlord wants it done.

Or an option when you create the landlord instruction and send it to the post bag, is there any way of attaching another document before you authorise it to be sent?
