Portal Login / Registration Process

Description

Many of my landlords have trouble setting up/logging into the portal.

Only around 10% seem to have been able to sign up effectively. Those that can't end up calling the office and we can can't effectively guide them as we have no way of seeing what they see.

The whole process seems really jumbled and not easy to monitor from our point of view.

It needs to be simplified in some way. Would welcome a discussion on this.
