Applicant ring out found a major flaw in the system. The record card doesnt show anywhere whether an applicant has offered on a property or is actually buying a property. 2x applicants in our call out are buying through us and niether card showed their viewings (although on the appointment they were tagged in), didnt show their offers (even though they were tagged) or CRM'd as buying a property. Conversations didnt go well when were asked "did we know what we are doing?". if there is a way please show me but none of us here can work out how it can be shown, unless we put a note somewhere in their card and then when calling check everywhere within their card to check for a note.
