When closing a tenancy, if there are no bank details for the tenant could this flag up a message.
This is so if staff forget to check bank details for the deposit this will prompt them to get details from the tenant, quite often staff will assume the deposit has been paid to the tenant after closing the tenancy when it hasn't due to no bank details.
