It would be good to have a better way to manage routine inspections under tenancies. A single section to record when and how often routine inspections are due, record of historic inspections that have been carried out, upcoming / due inspections including those that are overdue and have not been carried out. Finally, the same area should allow for inspection sheets and notes to be uploaded.

I agree. It would be helpful if inspections were against a property rather than a tenancy. Then you could see a full inspection history in one place.
