Removing tenants email details

@Tesni, we recomend you remove the tenant notes section from the management report to stop notes sharing. As emails come in from a tenant they are automatically saved to the first tenant record they find with the matching email. When you create a new let for the tenant, a new tenant record is created, you code here add the email and remove the email from the first record to stop to auto recording of emails to notes.
Let support know if you would like them to remove the tenants notes section from the landlord management report.
Activity
When a current tenant in a manged property signs up for another managed property, these tenants notes pull through to the management report for the property owners management report that they are moving in with in the future, including any co-tenants that are not moving in with them. This breaches data protection rules as a Landlord is receiving tenants names and email address for tenants that are not living with them now nor in the future.
