New Welsh legislation requires forms to be issued when landlords change - RHW3 for change of identify and RHW2 for change of address. Perhaps system letters could be created for these, with a tick box to send the populated form to postbag when updating LL details. I suggest tick box so it's optional as there may be situations where tenants don't need to updated (e.g. changing LL details for accounting reasons of if already using agent address as notice serve address so don't need to tell tenant of change of address).
Most relevant to Wales where specific forms are now needed, but agents in England may want to do have their own letters as ad admin aid when updating LL details.
Currently we've set up custom letter templates for RHW2, but making it part of the update process makes the whole job smoother and means people are less likely to forget to do job that is now legally required. For RHW3 I imagine no practical way to do this as custom letter as the letter has to have old and new LL names.
