Sometimes when tenants are in arrears, it turns out that a joint tenant has paid on their behalf, and in some cases the rent schedule needs to be amended if this is regularly happening.

To help reduce confusion, perhaps the rent chase list could include a flag indicating that one of the joint tenants is in credit. This makes it easy to see if we need to investigate if another tenant has actually paid what's due.
