Arrears: Separate past and present tenancies, and for landlord to be able to see the chases
Summary Section:
- Status: no change
- Beds: no change
- Total Rent: Change this just to "Rent" which can pull through from the weekly amount as set on the let agreed record so it should read as e.g. £510 per week (or £2,210 per month however it is set up - but weekly would be best) (this should also be mirrored in the Price section on the property details part)
- Standard occupation start: Change this to "Tenancy Start Date"
- Add: "Tenancy End Date" which can pull through from the fixed term input on the let agreed tab
- Add: "Tenant Name(s)": which can pull through the names of the tenants which are input
