Similar to bulk rent chase; add a selector column to the certificates area which allows multiple certificates to be selected and a maintenance job to be created and sent to the same contractor as a bulk maintenance job creator.

This would allow us to book on all certs (LGSC / EICR etc) in 1 click on any given month (provided they were all to go to the same contractor).
