The updated process has become problematic for staff working in accounts to reconcile and link received payments to a tenant who belongs to a closed tenancy. You can no longer bring up the tenant account from the search bar, nor repeat link a payment from the bank account, and the reconciliation process has become a 12 step process, rather than 2.
