I would like the offer section to link up with the Advertised rent amount when an offer is accepted. Currently, if an offer is accepted it does not update the advertised rent amount automatically, which leaves a potential for human error and the agreed rent amount not being reflected in the tenancy agreement.

This would get highlighted eventually by the tenant signing the tenancy, but by that time we look very unprofessional mildly speaking.
