If you are trying to look quickly for details of a property for sale or to let and type in the street name in the search bar it would be very useful if the properties that are displayed in the drop down list were sorted in order of being most recent. For example, if I'm looking for a property listed for sale it would be much more useful if the properties that are actively being marketed for sale or to let were at the top of the list. It's very frustrating to have to scroll down past a pile of tenancies that ended months or even years ago to find the active instruction for the property you are looking for.
