For Scotland:
Where a rent increase notice has been issued and no new tenancy has been signed the new rental figure is updated via the rent schedule.
Currently the property overview and 'advertised rent' figure in the Tenancy Details area continue to note the original rent figure rather than the new rent. These figures cannot be updated as the tenancy is still in signed status.
This causes issues; Initially when checking the property rental figures as the property overview rent amount does not represent the current rental figure (after the rent increase) but it also causes bigger issues where a tenancy which has had a mid-tenancy rent increase is later renewed.
The renewed tenancy carries forward the old 'advertised rent' figure rather than the most recent rent amount per the payment schedule.
This could be fixed by allowing us to edit the 'advertised rent' section on signed tenancies to represent the actual rent being charged.
