I use (on advice of AgentOS support) "Desktop Mode" when using a mobiile phone. This makes the screen elements quite small, but allows the non-responsive system to work to the point where I can at least see vital information out on the ground.
When logging in, the "Sign in as another account" is directly below the "Login" button. Around 90% of the time, when my thumb hits the login button, it's hitting the login as another account. This is a real pain, and makes me have to zoom in to make the page elements larger.
Can the "login as another user" be separated by a larger gap from the login screen.

Convert attachments in emails from contractors into a new certificate upload

Uploading certificates is unnecessarily time consuming.
You have to enter the property card, click on Certificates on the left, find the relevant certificate, click on it, edit the record and enter a new due date and new expiry date, save it, click on uploads and upload the certificate.

You have to enter the property card, click on Certificates on the left, find the relevant certificate, click on it, edit the record and enter a new due date and new expiry date, save it, click on uploads and upload the certificate.
Can I suggest a new solution: On the screen where you can see the attachments in emails, have an action button, one of which is "Create new certificate upload". This could then present a dialog box with three items:
Property address
Certificate type
Effective until
By progressing you would have completed a long winded process and reduced the risk of error (in having to download the right document, etc).
For a bonus it would be useful if the PDF file or image file could be embedded in the page so you can zoom in and look for expiry dates and check they are valid, without having to download first.

Branch Chat - it would be easier for us to communicate with each other, if we know there is is something to communicate - saves a phone call or a walk up 3 flights of stairs.

When we being on a new property in particular, we'll add entries for certificates that are needed and need chasing but haven't yet been received. Currently the following defaults are added:
• Responsibility: Agent. In practice Landlord would be better as the landlord might not yet have instructed us to complete, whereas Agent suggests they have, which can cause friction if we go ahead and instruct. LL responsibility would be better so chase letters are generated unless we explicitly have the instruction and change to Agent resp.
• Dates are set as if a certificate is done that day. Often that's not the case, even if a certificate has been received. If one hasn't at all, and we forget to remove the default values, we have a certificate logged as valid for a year when actually we don't. That's a very unsafe default.
We've had to deal with a few issues as a result of these default values not being changed, but it might be that this needs to be a company settings option as other agents' preferences may vary.

The record card doesnt show anywhere whether an applicant has offered on a property or is actually buying a property. 2x applicants in our call out are buying through us and niether card showed their viewings (although on the appointment they were tagged in), didnt show their offers (even though they were tagged) or CRM'd as buying a property. Conversations didnt go well when were asked "did we know what we are doing?". if there is a way please show me but none of us here can work out how it can be shown, unless we put a note somewhere in their card and then when calling check everywhere within their card to check for a note.

Currently we add all the details of the offer, then when an applicant gets ‘accepted’ (via Actions>Accept) their name and details we have entered get pulled through to the let agreed tenancy. We then have to delete this tenant and then re-add them from their online application.
It would be good if this was somehow streamlined so we don’t end up adding them twice. Perhaps if we had the ability to add an ‘offer’ from an online application so that the system then pulls through all the correct info to the let agreed tenancy?

I spend a lot of time going through the agent leads section to try and work out for example, which of a landlord's properties are flagged as not having active tenancies. More often than not, I'm finding that a tenancy has already been renewed or a new tenancy signed, making this review process mostly a waste of time. This is a shame because this type of functionality if more effectively implemented, could be a good time saver. It would be very helpful therefore if 1. This dashboard could be continually refreshed and/or 2. It could be made possible for a user to be able to home in on which property is being flagged

It is vital that each tenant knows their payment schedules. We deal with shared student houses, and each tenant will have their own schedule - either monthly or when their loans come in.

We currently use a cobbled together form that creates a custom standing order form for each tenant, that captures their own payment schedule. This creates duplication of data entry and the obvious problem of having this information in two places.

The easy fix would be to have a tag available that would show in documents relating to tenancies (so it can either be in a custom document, or in the AST) that allows pulling through the rent payment schedule for each tenant.
This would also need the generation of the tenancy agreement away from an individual tenant (eg from the actions button under tenancy). This is non obvious location anyway - we deal with joint tenancies so the tenancy generation should really be in a central location, ideally from the actions button for the tenancy.

What has happened to the 'Pay People In Credit' option (please see attached) - the display is now so far apart from one entry to another that it now makes it very difficult and confusing when trying to tick/untick which payees you want to release. This is going to be especially confusing when you have a vast amount to be released at the begining and the end of every month and you have to go up and down numerous pages to tick which ones can be released as you can no longer see all 10 entries on the screen at once. It also makes it more time consuming and open to human error.

Solicitors move around from practice to practise and the system needs to be able to keep details of the current company they work for as well as any previous companies in order to retain the accurate history. At present, from what I can see, a solicitor can be linked to a business via contacts, but when they move somewhere else you have no choice but to overwrite their address (thereby erasing history) with the new business/address. I know you could create a new solicitor record for the solicitor, but that will cause huge confusion having 2 records for the same person. Please tell me I'm wrong! Otherwise, please allow us to create multiple contacts for a solicitor along with effective and ineffective dates so we can correctly identify the current practice they work at.

From what I can see of the Tenant List, it's easily the most useful report for us when generating lists of tenants with regards to the fields and information that it includes within the report.

However, the one BIG issue with this list is that you can't just export ALL tenants. You have to perfectly match the Tenant Type and Contact Type before generating the list. This is proving a big issue for us because if you, for example, have tenants that are filling in the application form wrong by using incorrect Tenant Types (i.e. Employed, Student, etc) or have different Contacts (i.e. Guarantor, Next of Kin, etc), then not all the tenants that should be showing up in the report results are showing up on the list.

While I can see the use for needing to filter down the tenant and contact types, I really feel this list would benefit from having the option to Show All for both Tenant Type and Contact Type to ensure that we can see All Tenants if we need to.

We can always apply manual Sort filters in the exported report in Excel.

We could do up to 100 viewings per day - I want to quickly see the feedback at a glance, right now I can only view this by searching for each individual property - can this be added as a report e.g. view yesterday's appointments including the feedback for each property viewed
