TDS Code Box on Tenancy
If a joint tenancy (which 95% of our properties across our network are) you have to individually upload the TDS certificate code onto each individual tenant. This doesn't make sense, it needs to be on the tenancy level so it is uploaded once.

Add Rent agreed button in Marketing details when setting up a tenancy
If a rent has been agreed lower than what it was advertised at, it will automatically change this on the live feed to the portals - we don't want this to happen

The inspection report is exactly how we want it however what we want it to do is still not working, so as soon as it reaches the location of where it is now which is print/post/store documents we want it too automatically send it straight out
the landlord, rather than having to do it manually, if you can manage this it would be perfect, as we have landlords asking why they haven’t received any reports yet since February and too catch up now would be very long winded.

Can we remove status history and have the easily viewable information as dispute item, description, item state, TT responsible and amount to claim.
Having to click into each one to see the description can be frustrating on cases with numerous deductions it would make more sense to be able to see that immediately when see the deductions as a list.
The current view there is no need to see the cost of the deduction 3 times in seperate fields and also the status history could just be moved to the drop down, there isn't really a need to see this straight away, the description would be a more important field to have.

It was something that we used to be able to do on Classic and I miss it!

I use the “tenancies no end date reports” for renewals and it would be a very useful function to add.

When you go to link payments and a tenancy has been closed, the closed tenancy records continue to show. When you have multiple renewals of tenancies this creates quite a number of entries - risking reconciling to the wrong account. Please can 'Closed' tenancies be removed.

@Glyn, we think this is possable by adding a link in the email footer and then automations can puick up this has been opened and add a not on the person record. With Cam in automations to setup and test.

Similarly (and this has been a gripe for a long time). We don't use Van Mildart so would be great to move/remove this box from each tenants page. Its annoying and not necessary most of the time. This also goes the same for landlords.

Currently if you renew a tenancy, a progression checklist will be created for the old tenancy and also for the new tenancy, however the checklist on the new tenancy that is generated is not relevant to the renewal, it just generates because letmc sees the tenancy as a new tenancy.

Also it would be helpful if we had the ability to add a note onto the checklist without having to complete the task. If we have several notes to add, it can become time consuming to complete the task and then incomplete the tasks just so that it shows still outstanding.

1st Month Rent - Let Only

The record card doesnt show anywhere whether an applicant has offered on a property or is actually buying a property. 2x applicants in our call out are buying through us and niether card showed their viewings (although on the appointment they were tagged in), didnt show their offers (even though they were tagged) or CRM'd as buying a property. Conversations didnt go well when were asked "did we know what we are doing?". if there is a way please show me but none of us here can work out how it can be shown, unless we put a note somewhere in their card and then when calling check everywhere within their card to check for a note.

On the new system it looks like we need to go into each tenant account and select 'Print Agreement' keeping 'DD/STO Form' ticked to generate the STO form per tenant.
Are we missing a way to print all STO agreements together?
