Most email clients have the tab order set so you can quickly submit it without having to take a hand off the keyboard then scroll down with the mouse (to get the bottom of the reply pane in view) then click the reply button. Eg, one single tab then you can space over the element that has focus. Currently the element that has the focus after the reply pane is the close button.
(in fact, there is already an X in the top right - there shouldn't be a need for a close button next to the reply button!).

This varies from bank to bank, but HSBCnet and Natwest Bankline are very strict about (, ), + and & symbols (and possibly others) being contained in their txt files, causing them to be rejected. If the system could give an error and prevent the page from being saved with an incorrect symbol then this would prevent it getting all the way to the txt file stage and then needing to be amended. This is particularly important for agentPay customers.

If we have to write deposit deductions in to the closing inspection tab simply to ensure they get pulled through to the letter we would end up duplicating a lot of work. Please could you therefore look in to giving us the option to merge 'deposit deductions' in to these letters?

Can there not be more document formats that are compatible with the system
We have many landlords not being able to receive invoices through the system because it is not compatible and we have to keep manually sending them out to Landlords

Paragraphs not appearing when notes are saved
Currently you can add extensive notes of phone calls etc which would include paragraphs (necessity and rightly grammarically so) however once note is saved they completely disappear making it one long mess/jumble of words. Thereby making what could be a lengthy conversation almost unreadable for a…
Currently you can add extensive notes of phone calls etc which would include paragraphs (necessity and rightly grammarically so) however once note is saved they completely disappear making it one long mess/jumble of words. Thereby making what could be a lengthy conversation almost unreadable for anyone else to quickly indentify an issue they require as well as yourself if you have to revert back.
Currently to enable this to be clearer the only solution is to save each paragraph as a separate note, which is not a long term suitable solution.
As a result staff may and have ommitted to bother reading notes as too time consuming which causes even further problems down the line.
Surely this could easily be rectified?

I use (on advice of AgentOS support) "Desktop Mode" when using a mobiile phone. This makes the screen elements quite small, but allows the non-responsive system to work to the point where I can at least see vital information out on the ground.
When logging in, the "Sign in as another account" is directly below the "Login" button. Around 90% of the time, when my thumb hits the login button, it's hitting the login as another account. This is a real pain, and makes me have to zoom in to make the page elements larger.
Can the "login as another user" be separated by a larger gap from the login screen.

This will help anyone using the API to automate their business. We wish to access tenants of Let Agreed Tenancies so that we can automate part of our Tenant onboarding and referencing process. Without being able to access tenant records until the tenancy is signed, we effectively cannot automate anything to do with new tenancies (e.g. automate when to send them onboarding emails, reminders to pay the deposit, reminders to sign the tenancy agreement, etc.).
I know to most people the above isn't important because they don't use the API - however, as people start to use Zapier they will want access to the Let Agreed tenants as well, so this will benefit more people then.

Put all pending invoices on system
By putting all invoices on system, and being to allocate payments to specific invoices, allows our contractors so see what invoice is paid and what is left to be paid. It also allows landlords payments to be more accurate without having to re-claim monies for bills which are not yet on system.

If you have completed an inspection on 3rd party software and .pdf inspection that you want to save down, you cannot do it unless it is a picture file. Please allow pdfs and other documents to be saved down as well as photos.

• Recognise the number on received messages; manually checking who it could be is very time-consuming. Ideally it would identify which instruction it relates to, and link to that property's notes.
• More than 3 access numbers, as currently the access message wouldn't be sent to all tenants in a big HMO, for example, which annoys the occupiers.
• 'Text a tenancy' style Action for the advertised instruction, but for the access numbers, so that we can easily text all access numbers if we want to send anything other than the standard access notification.

but it would surely be better ( or additionally helpful) to reverse that filter, so it only shows after a set number of days in arrears.

More often than not, I'm finding that a tenancy has already been renewed or a new tenancy signed, making this review process mostly a waste of time. This is a shame because this type of functionality if more effectively implemented, could be a good time saver. It would be very helpful therefore if 1. This dashboard could be continually refreshed and/or 2. It could be made possible for a user to be able to home in on which property is being flagged
