I just feel a total rethink is needed with this as we are already running into limitations.

Old school letmc allowed us to notify a house full of tenants with one click to select all the tenants to notify, then send out the message. Now we have to click in the box, pick the tenant and the method (email/sms) and then repeat for all tenants. a 10 bed becomes 20 clicks, and it's easy to miss one tenant.
Can a "select all" be brought back for this.
Also: This isn't mobile friendly - I've banged the "it's not responsive" drum a few times about how agentOS simply isn't fit for purpose on smaller devices, including mobile, and yes you can work round it, but it's worth the tech team replicating this - try and notify tenants of a viewing from a mobile phone when using the "show as desktop site" mode. It's virtually unusable, and not an unreasonable request to be able to do this while out of the office where you don't have a desktop or laptop with a decently large and high resolution display.

As an agent we should have the option to select whether a person being requested to pay funds pays only via online bank transfer. Two reasons for this:-

1st - Risk - being the delay caused with people selecting card payments which although status indicates fully paid the money often does not come through for days, ie still waiting on funds paid on 5/7 to clear for move ins today. The status 'fully paid' causes confusion as should state 'paid clearing' & could lead to us believing they have paid when it is not totally clear which is a huge risk to the business when handing keys over. Embarrassing for us as agents if we have confirmed to a client they have paid. Also that the updates that are included below could do with explanation as they are not clear what is actually happening.

2nd - Costs - associated with payments by card rack up for us as an agent especially if they use a credit card.
Other software providers who use the modular digital wallets function give this option so know that it is possible for an agent to have option to select. Why was this not considered with the roll out?

When you convert an applicant, their default phone number goes to landline rather than mobile which means when you go to add the applicant as a guest and go to text confirmation of the appointment it says they can't as they don't have a mobile number.

It devalues the work of the IT team, as the process is something they created, and clearly it isn't meeting its need, which is to make things easier for users.

In addition, it would be great to filter sales and lettings leads on the applicant page.

As stated in my other post please read the below, we just want an automatic message/email sending to the landlord when an inspection has been done via touch right once its be completed either PDF or a link of that report.

The inspection report is exactly how we want it however what we want it to do is still not working, so as soon as it reaches the location of where it is now which is print/post/store documents we want it too automatically send it straight out
the landlord, rather than having to do it manually, if you can manage this it would be perfect, as we have landlords asking why they haven’t received any reports yet since February and too catch up now would be very long winded.

The user experience for signing up for new accounts seems to be a bit over the place. Our landlord users are likely to get confused.
They need to visit a letmc hosted page, set up a password using their unique reference, and after filling in a confusing form (which exhibit some strange behaviour by appearing to fail but actually asking for two more security questions, one of which has a pre-filled answer to a previous security question), then redirects to the GDPR form.
A much neater solution - if we are setting up landlords to use the new landlord portal - is to pass in an additional GET request to the [ResetPasswordURL] link, such as "&redirect=landlordportal". Rather than redirect the user to the AgentOS GDPR page, it could then do a meta redirect to the landlords page, eg "https://dashboard.agentwebsite.com/landlordportal".
This means for a user it is seamless - they click to reset their password, they enter it, and then are redirected to the landlord portal rather than land on the GDPR page and remember the signup email mentioned having to go back to the email and click on another link.
This should improve the user experience of signing up, and remove some of the confusion following the sign up email will give them.

Need a report for touting.

I need to be able to do the following - 

Add a property address - find the landlords address via land registay and add  to agentos - pull off a report that shows all the recent addresses to agentos so that we can write to them and tout for business. 

There are 2 reports on the dashboard that say appraisals on but they have different meanings depending on sales or lettings and aren't actually a list of properties to tout.

Lettings Market Appraisals - so this list is only of properties that have actually been instructed. So is it not a list of properties that we have been to but have not come on to the market? So in theory, it is a list of properties that we have been instructed on?

Where can I get a list of properties that we have the address for that we have been to but not instructed?

We also need a list of properties (on the market with another agent) that we have the address for and have got the landlords home address from Land Registry so that we can keep writing to them to try and win the instruction.

Sales is working as expected - properties that we have visited, but have not been instructed on or have been instructed but taken back off the market. Therefore we would be touting them to get the business.

It seems that the 2 reports have very different meanings.
