Please can you add the service type within this section as it is confusing as can not see if it is a managed property or a let only type. If is managed, we don't want to send an invoice out as the money will come from the rent. Thanks

I know that you now have a payment app for Standing Orders and one off payments but can you look at creating a direct debit function too (similar to Sturents)?
The problem we have is that we collect rent termly (students) and we find that monthly direct debits just don't work properly.

Once a date specific auto-charge is set up, you are not able to go back into the charge and see what date it has been set up for

We can track properties that are being brought on to managment and then not being let due to the landlord withdrawing it - this can helps with the sales team bonus structure.

When adding a date specific auto charge, the drop down for person type always defaults to "split between tenants". Have this defaulted to "landlord" - the same as when adding a regular auto charge.

Add a maintenance calendar with the number of maintenance next actions for each day (add option to filter by property manager). Option to click into the day and see what actions need to be done. This would help with planning for the week and aid our workload.

Can we please be able to include a property address in the Diary Appointments report when the appointment has been linked to the property?

It would make obtaining quotes/instructing contractors much easier/quicker if the photos attached to jobs showing the issue were sent along with the job sheet instead of having to download these and reupload to the emails

At present we are only able to chase guarantors by post via the bulk chasing. It would be really helpful if we could email and also text them, the same as we can for tenants.

I am neither able to use the search bar, or buyer search bar to find a buyer based on email address. I have been instructed via ticket (12796) to do this via a report which is time consuming and impractical for me to do so. Can this be a search parameter added to the query code used by the search bar and/or buyer function please.

Can we please get an OUTSTANDING template designed for a weekly property list? The property list template at present is AWFUL !

When something happens - applicant created, they get a welcome text and a link to available properties. When a landlord created, they get a welcome email and link to FAQs. When property goes from available to let agreed, landlord gets text informing them tenant moving in and when, tenant gets a text informing them of next steps. More automation using text or email functions.

People send us diary invites. We then have to copy out all the details and add them to our calendar. It would make sense that we could email these to our letmc account and have a means of importing the attachment, or for letmc to recognise the attachment as an ICS file and automatically apply it to the diary.

This is mostly for finding LLs with zero balances that need to be sent an invoice for their management fees to be able to be drawn down - it would be great to access these on the day that the fees are applied.

When a maintenance job is requested by the "Request a repair" form, it would be helpful to have auto communications when the request is accepted or declined

Could really do with some templates suitable for sales and lettings please. I paid £25 to the documentation team for them to make a template and it took ages for them to make. It's not very good and looks awful. Other software systems had a batch of templates that are set up and all you have to do is have your logo, address etc added. Please, please please can we have some?

Please could a 'Creation Date' filter be added to the filters in the Landlords CRM download? This will allow us to see all the landlords that have been added each month and will help us to keep our mailing lists up to date more easily.

Request for instruction added date column on report. Instruction lost date. The report does not allow me to track monthly PKI's otherwise.

At present when we renew a tenancy the documents we store on a tenant does not carry forward (passport etc). This means we have to add it manually each time.

No facility to email from Post bag. When it comes to Section 21's for example; we have around 500 to send. To physically have to download all of them and then upload just so we can add additional info is very time consuming. There is no reason why legally section 21's cannot be sent via email. The letters produce their term time address and most students have also moved out hence why we don't want to post them and to be sustainable. Also, posting to student's term time address just ends up in a pile with junkmail in their hallway so more likely never to be read and we can't provide evidence either that we send the letters unless each letter is sent via special delivery which would be very expensive.

Please could look at reconciling contractor payments into a single transaction when a landlord invoice/statement is run. Currently, we are seeing multiple transactions for the same maintenance deduction even though the whole amount is there. I understand the need to have these transactions separated in the backend but if/when a new landlord invoice/statement is created it would be a lot nicer to have all the transactions combined into a single line in the invoice. We are currently having to manually edit each statement to tidy things up as we have a lot of international landlords and struggle with the language barrier and think they are being charged multiple times for the same job. Hope this makes sense. Let me know if you need any further clarification.

Right now it shows an error but then bombs out. it should surely take us to the page that has outstanding items.

We have a monthly payment for cleaning that needs to be charged to the landlord and the contractor to be paid. Each month I need to add a maintenance job when this could be applied to one existing maintenance. This also applies to Block charges.

Hello, Not sure if this can be done or not, but is it possible to archive all tenancies 2014 to 2019 for all properties on Agent OS all one go instead of individually and the same for all maintenance jobs 2014 to 2020 can they be archived all at once instead of individually ?? I know this is probably something that can't be done but just wanted to ask any way :-)
