Phone Numbers When Converting Leads to Applicants
This is a bug, and not just a software request.
When you convert an applicant, their default phone number goes to landline rather than mobile which means when you go to add the applicant as a guest and go to text confirmation of the appointment it says they can't as they don't have a mobile number…
This is a bug, and not just a software request.
When you convert an applicant, their default phone number goes to landline rather than mobile which means when you go to add the applicant as a guest and go to text confirmation of the appointment it says they can't as they don't have a mobile number.
It devalues the work of the IT team, as the process is something they created, and clearly it isn't meeting its need, which is to make things easier for users.
In addition, it would be great to filter sales and lettings leads on the applicant page.

Include photos uploaded to maintenance jobs when emailing contractors
It would make obtaining quotes/instructing contractors much easier/quicker if the photos attached to jobs showing the issue were sent along with the job sheet instead of having to download these and reupload to the emails

The user experience for signing up for new accounts seems to be a bit over the place. Our landlord users are likely to get confused.
They need to visit a letmc hosted page, set up a password using their unique reference, and after filling in a confusing form (which exhibit some strange behaviour by appearing to fail but actually asking for two more security questions, one of which has a pre-filled answer to a previous security question), then redirects to the GDPR form.
A much neater solution - if we are setting up landlords to use the new landlord portal - is to pass in an additional GET request to the [ResetPasswordURL] link, such as "&redirect=landlordportal". Rather than redirect the user to the AgentOS GDPR page, it could then do a meta redirect to the landlords page, eg "https://dashboard.agentwebsite.com/landlordportal".
This means for a user it is seamless - they click to reset their password, they enter it, and then are redirected to the landlord portal rather than land on the GDPR page and remember the signup email mentioned having to go back to the email and click on another link.
This should improve the user experience of signing up, and remove some of the confusion following the sign up email will give them.

Tenant Swap Keys
When completing a tenant swap and starting a new tenancy, agentOS will not let you close the previous tenancy until you have booked in all of the tenant keys and then re-booked them out.
This is frustrating when 4/5 tenants are still the same.

Drag diary appointments between different staff
Currently, the diary allows you to drag an appointment into someone else's diary, however when you refresh the page, it has gone back into the original persons diary!! This should work just like any other diary!!

Can a "select all" be brought back for this.
Also: This isn't mobile friendly - I've banged the "it's not responsive" drum a few times about how agentOS simply isn't fit for purpose on smaller devices, including mobile, and yes you can work round it, but it's worth the tech team replicating this - try and notify tenants of a viewing from a mobile phone when using the "show as desktop site" mode. It's virtually unusable, and not an unreasonable request to be able to do this while out of the office where you don't have a desktop or laptop with a decently large and high resolution display.

To physically have to download all of them and then upload just so we can add additional info is very time consuming. There is no reason why legally section 21's cannot be sent via email. The letters produce their term time address and most students have also moved out hence why we don't want to post them and to be sustainable. Also, posting to student's term time address just ends up in a pile with junkmail in their hallway so more likely never to be read and we can't provide evidence either that we send the letters unless each letter is sent via special delivery which would be very expensive.

My recommendation would be for the following to be automated:
- Property details sent to Goodlord from AgentOS (address, current owner/s details, property certificates)
- Advertised Tenancy Information sent from AgentOS to Goodlord (asking price, available date, acceptable tenant types, bond amount, bond scheme, etc.)
- Tenant information (and documents) and final tenancy information received back from Goodlord once tenancy is completed using the goodlord system and saved to the correct places on AgentOS
- Signed Documents received back from Goodlord (AST, How to Rent Guide, Certificates) and saved to AgentOS against the Tenancy.
This would save a lot of time and reduce so much double entry and remove human error.
