You have to clear through the progression checklist (even though you won’t be able to answer them properly) and you’ll need to upload blank documents in place of ID. You then need to email agentOS support to abandon the tenancy and you’ll need to set up a new tenancy and advertise on that.
This is a real problem area with the software a simple mistake can mean. The data stays incorrect with no way to fix it which means the history is wrong.
Surely this can be made easier.

Applicant Matching to furnished & unfurnished properties
Some applicants are happy to be matched to furnished and unfurnished properties. At the moment there is only functionality to match to one or the other, so applicants are missing out on many properties because of that specific criteria.

Current GDPR Consent
The "Current GDPR Consent" section on a Landlord's profile does not provide an option to remove consent once added. The "Update Consent" button shows a list of options available however there is no option to remove consent.

Clear tenant's 'Holding Account' when closng tenancy
When Closing a tenancy it would be good if any credit balances held in the tenant's 'Holding Account' were automatically transferred to their Main account.
Like it does with any credit's in the 'Bond Held'.

There is no option for us to skip marketing when you mark an offer as agreed so the property was sent to all portals. There should be an option that we could just mark the property as 'not live'. Sidenote: Zoho Flow is very similar to Zapier, we would be very happy if you make an integration with Zoho Flow as well. Zoho has a signing platform, bookings platform, etc, that could all be very useful to integrate to.
