Sometimes the payment does go through but the please wait.. screen stays there and no zip file is created automatically.

For example, we have recently taken on a property where the Landlord had someone interested but didn't want to do it himself so put it in our hands but didn't want it marketed. There is no option for us to skip marketing when you mark an offer as agreed so the property was sent to all portals. There should be an option that we could just mark the property as 'not live'. It drives me mad every time :)

Sidenote: Zoho Flow is very similar to Zapier, we would be very happy if you make an integration with Zoho Flow as well. Zoho has a signing platform, bookings platform, etc, that could all be very useful to integrate to.

Further to my conversation today with Holly in the support team, I explained the issues we are having with the interim inspection reports and have been asked to send an email over with requests.
Once the interim inspection report has been completed, under Actions, there is only the option to send to Postbag. We do not post anything these days so would prefer to email the report which I know you can do with the Landlord from the postbag but we have our own email template (editable as required) for both Tenant and Landlord so ideally would like just the Report as a pdf that we can attach.
If possible – under actions – could there not be an option to generate just the actual interim inspection report as a pdf that we can save to our computers and then attach to the email templates?
If not, and it has to go to the postbag, is there any way to remove the covering letters so that we can go into the postbag and save just the inspection report? Currently we have to try and save just page two to eliminate the cover letter which makes the whole process quite tedious.

This is actually part of the W3C accessibility standards - https://www.w3.org/WAI/perspective-videos/keyboard/ - and would be immensely useful if very basic changes such as this were looked at.

Currently we add all the details of the offer, then when an applicant gets ‘accepted’ (via Actions>Accept) their name and details we have entered get pulled through to the let agreed tenancy. We then have to delete this tenant and then re-add them from their online application.
It would be good if this was somehow streamlined so we don’t end up adding them twice. Perhaps if we had the ability to add an ‘offer’ from an online application so that the system then pulls through all the correct info to the let agreed tenancy?

A very common solution is to use the + in emails - anything after the + is discarded by the mail client, but is allowable in RFC822.
I would use simon.topple+contractor@mydomain.com for example, which is a perfectly valid email address.
Could you look at changing your validation rules to allow this. + signs are perfectly valid within RFC822 (providing the mail host accepts them) and their exclusion via web page validation shouldn't really happen.
(as a side effect, I don't want emails addressed to me as a contractor to be attached to my landlord account!).
